Client sessions and your working hours, in one place.
A portrait shoot, a recording session and a strategy consultation each need a different block of time, often with set-up before and wrap-up after. Whenlet brings your session types, your team’s availability and client bookings into one schedule. Share a booking page, keep prices clear and plan around the days you are away.

Plan the session, the preparation and the person.
Client work rarely fits a fixed slot. Define the sessions you offer, then let each person’s hours decide when they can be booked.
Keep set-up and wrap-up time around a session
The daily problem: A studio shoot needs lights set up before and equipment packed away after; a recording room may need resetting between clients.
With Whenlet: Give each session its own duration and add preparation time before or after it.
Example flow: Create “Portrait session, 60 minutes” with 30 minutes before it for set-up. A session at 10:00 keeps 09:30 to 10:00 for preparation. This is an illustrative setup, not a measured result.
Be clear about what needs a quote
The daily problem: A discovery call may be free, a standard session has a fixed price and a larger project needs a conversation first.
With Whenlet: Mark a session as priced, free or price on request, and set different prices per team member where they apply.
Example flow: Offer a free 20-minute introductory call, a priced coaching session and a design consultation marked price on request.
Let clients book the right person
The daily problem: In a small studio or consultancy, clients often want a specific photographer, engineer or coach.
With Whenlet: Connect services to the team members who provide them, each with their own durations and prices.
Example flow: Assign “Mixing session” to your two engineers and “Business strategy session” to the senior consultant only.
Protect focused days and time away
The daily problem: Editing days, location shoots and travel make some days unavailable for client sessions.
With Whenlet: Set your own working periods, record full-day or hourly time off and add special days ahead of time.
Example flow: Keep Monday for editing by leaving it out of your working hours, and mark a two-day location shoot as time off.
Cut down the back-and-forth to agree a time
The daily problem: Finding a time by email or message can take several rounds before a session is agreed.
With Whenlet: Share a booking page where clients choose a session and time. Send reminders 24 hours before, 2 hours before, or both, and set your cancellation window.
Example flow: Add the booking link to your website and email signature. The client chooses a consultation time; the reminder brings it back before the meeting.
Keep separate businesses apart under one sign-in
The daily problem: Some professionals run a studio alongside a separate consulting practice, or work from more than one location.
With Whenlet: Switch between businesses with one account, each keeping its own data, and give each location its own working hours.
Example flow: Keep a photography studio and a workshop business separate under one sign-in, each with its own services and hours.
Questions from creative and professional teams
Can I keep set-up time around a session?
Yes. Add preparation time before or after a service, and the schedule keeps that time around the booking so the next session starts after it.
Can I offer free introductory calls?

Does Whenlet take payments or send invoices?
No. Whenlet plans services, people and times. It does not take payments or deposits, or send invoices. Keep using your existing tools for billing.
Does Whenlet connect to my calendar or video-call tool?
