Coming soon · For beauty and personal care studios

Every treatment, specialist and hour in one plan.

A gel manicure, a lash lift and a full-body spa treatment each need their own time, and not every specialist offers all of them. Whenlet connects your treatments to the people who provide them and to the hours they actually work. Share a booking page, send reminders and keep the studio’s day clear on your phone or at the desk.

Plan treatments around the specialist and the time they take.

Beauty work mixes quick appointments with long ones. Start from the treatment, then let each specialist’s hours shape when it can be booked.

Give long and short treatments their real length

  • The daily problem: A brow shape takes minutes; a full set of lash extensions or a tattoo session can fill much of an afternoon. Treating them as the same slot makes the day hard to read.
  • With Whenlet: Give each treatment its own duration and add preparation time before or after it, for setting up, cleaning or resetting the room.
  • Example flow: Create “Lash extensions, full set” as a 120-minute treatment with 15 minutes after it. A booking at 13:00 leaves the next planned start at 15:15. This is an illustrative setup, not a measured result.

Match treatments to the specialists who offer them

  • The daily problem: Your nail technician does not do waxing, and only one person on the team offers brow lamination or piercing. A booking with the wrong person has to be moved.
  • With Whenlet: Connect each treatment to the team members who provide it, with their own duration and price where those differ.
  • Example flow: Assign “Brow lamination” to the two specialists who offer it and give the newer team member a longer duration. Customers choose from the treatments and availability you have defined.

Be clear about price before the customer arrives

  • The daily problem: Some treatments have a fixed price; a custom tattoo or a bridal makeup trial needs a conversation first.
  • With Whenlet: Show a price, mark a treatment as free, or use price on request. Set a different price per specialist where it applies.
  • Example flow: List a classic manicure with a fixed price and a custom tattoo consultation as price on request. Review the name and duration together so the listing sets the right expectation.

Fit part-time specialists into the studio’s hours

  • The daily problem: A makeup artist works only at weekends, a spa therapist works mornings, and the studio closes for a holiday. One shared opening time does not describe that week.
  • With Whenlet: Set the studio’s hours, then give each specialist their own working periods within them, with split shifts, special opening days and hourly or full-day time off.
  • Example flow: Give the makeup artist Saturday and Sunday hours, add a midday break for the spa therapist and enter the holiday closure in advance. The plan follows both the studio and the person.

Help customers remember appointments booked weeks ahead

  • The daily problem: A customer who booked a two-hour treatment a month ago may forget the time, or how late they can still cancel.
  • With Whenlet: Let customers choose a treatment and time on your booking page. Send reminders 24 hours before, 2 hours before, or both, and set a cancellation window of up to a week.
  • Example flow: Add the booking link to your studio profile and choose your cancellation window. The reminder brings the treatment and time back before the visit.

See who changed the plan, and when

  • The daily problem: When several specialists update treatments, prices or hours, it becomes hard to tell who changed what.
  • With Whenlet: Invite your team by phone number, keep owner and staff access separate, and check the activity log for who changed what, and when.
  • Example flow: Invite a new nail technician as staff, keep the studio-wide setup with the owner and let them edit their own hours if you allow it. Review the activity log after a busy week of changes.

Questions from beauty studios

Can one studio offer treatments with very different lengths?
Yes. Each treatment has its own duration and optional preparation time before or after it. A short brow tidy and a long extension set sit side by side, and the schedule reflects the time each one takes.
What if only some specialists offer a treatment?
Connect the treatment to the team members who provide it. Where a specialist needs more time or charges a different price, set that for the person rather than for the whole team.
Does Whenlet manage treatment rooms, beds or equipment?
No. Whenlet plans appointments around treatments, team members and working hours. It does not book rooms or equipment as separate resources. Use preparation time when a space needs resetting between visits.
Can I use Whenlet if I work on my own?
Yes. An independent nail technician, makeup artist or tattoo artist can set up their own treatments, hours and time off and share a booking page. Invite teammates later if the studio grows.
Is Whenlet available now?
Whenlet is coming soon. Join the waitlist for early-access and launch updates. Joining the list does not create a product account or book a treatment at a studio.
